Dexter Studios was brought in to design a hero sneaker that visually announced the KFC x Jack Harlow partnership, bridging Kentucky pride, fast-food nostalgia, and Jack’s cultural momentum in a single, wearable artifact.
The piece spoke directly to Jack Harlow fans, Gen Z and millennial fast-food lovers, sneaker collectors, and culture-driven consumers following the launch of the Jack Harlow Meal and its accompanying merch.
While created as a 1-of-1, the custom shoe supported launch visuals and social storytelling around the collab, sitting alongside the limited-time meal, custom packaging, and merch drop to amplify buzz and cultural credibility for the campaign.
The project showed how a single bespoke sneaker can extend a QSR collab beyond the tray, turning a celebrity meal into a tangible, collectible brand moment rooted in craft, culture, and hometown pride.
Next projects.
